This course addresses anxiety and equips parents and caregivers to move from a place of fear to a place of healthy functioning in dealing with their adolescent. Through this course, you will have an understanding of the scope of the issue, signs, and symptoms to look for, as well as underlying causes and ways to best support your adolescent by creating a plan of action in partnership with them along their journey to health.
